Current essential providers
Cloudflare
Cloudflare provides the website delivery, Cloudflare Workers application runtime, D1 database used for reviewed quote records, security and traffic services, and Workers AI used when a workspace member asks to analyze an inquiry. A source inquiry is transmitted to Workers AI only for the requested analysis; it is not designed to be saved as a quote record in the D1 database.
Clerk
Clerk provides authentication, user sessions, organization membership and active-business context. It also stores an optional business organization logo when a user chooses to upload one. VirtualSurver verifies the organization context in the session token before returning tenant-scoped data.
Google Fonts
Google Fonts provides the website font resources. Requests to load those resources may include technical information that is normally sent by a browser when it requests an external web resource.
How AI analysis works
When a signed-in workspace member pastes an inquiry and confirms the analysis checkbox, VirtualSurver sends that text to Cloudflare Workers AI. The model is instructed to create a concise, structured project draft and identify missing customer-facing details. It is not instructed to invent prices, taxes, production feasibility, or business terms.
AI output is only a draft. The workspace member must review and edit it. The application does not send a customer message, set a price, or create a binding quote. The original pasted inquiry is not intentionally stored in VirtualSurver’s quote database; only selected, reviewed quote fields are stored after the workspace member takes a separate save action.
What we do not currently use
As of the date above, VirtualSurver does not use advertising tags, marketing analytics, payment processing, email-delivery, or CRM integrations in the website. Before an optional provider in one of those categories is activated, we will review the data flow, update this disclosure and the Privacy Notice, and provide any notice, choice, or consent required by law.
Business customer responsibilities
Each business is responsible for its own customer relationships and for deciding what information it may submit to VirtualSurver. Avoid unnecessary sensitive or regulated data. If your organization requires a data-processing agreement, specific data-residency commitments, or a provider review before use, contact us before submitting personal data.
